Welcome to our luxury apartments Ipanema or Solana Village. This house rules guide outlines how we would like you to treat the holiday apartment and its inventory. We have established some rules, and we hope you can adhere to them. By doing so, you help us continue to provide the best possible service to you and other guests. These house rules are intended to ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay for you.

Please abide by the following house rules. We wish you a pleasant stay!

Check-in – Check-out
Check-in is between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Furnishings – Inventory

  1. Please do not move the furniture between different rooms. This could cause unnecessary damage and wear to furniture and walls.
  2. We have provided comfortable terrace/garden furniture outside. We kindly ask you not to move indoor furniture outside. Of course, you can enjoy dining outside and use the tableware and cutlery provided.
  3. Always use the bedding with which the beds are made upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in cleaning costs for pillows, duvets, and mattresses.
  4. Bed linen as well as towels and kitchen towels are provided and offered free of charge. If you stay with us for more than one week, we will, in consultation with you, change the bed linen as well as the towels and kitchen towels. Bed and/or bath linen may not be taken outside; Hamam towels are available free of charge for the terrace and/or the pool.
  5. Oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine are to be left neat, clean, and empty by the tenant.
  6. Upon departure, all dishes must be done. We also ask you to empty the dishwasher and return everything to the cabinets.
  7. Don’t forget to clean up or take away your brought food items; all other waste can be disposed of in the municipal containers.
  8. Remember, when leaving the holiday apartment during your stay or upon departure, to ALWAYS carefully close ALL doors and windows.
  9. Rules of Conduct:
  • SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED, both inside and outside the holiday apartment.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Respect the planting in the garden; do not make fires in the garden.
  • No loud music or noise inside or around the holiday apartment.
  • You are staying in a rural area; we kindly ask you to respect the neighbors’ peace between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Parking
You will be assigned a parking space, building Ipanema number 22, and at Solana Village building number 9. This parking space is exclusive and free to use during your stay as a tenant. It is forbidden to park your car in another parking space. If you come with multiple cars, they can be parked for free on the public road outside the premises.

Problems / Questions
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are missing items from the inventory. Let us know if you need assistance. You can reach us via www.GoMijas.com, info@gomijas.com, or via phone/WhatsApp at +34 722 827 028. This way, we can quickly address any shortcomings. We are also available to answer questions about the apartment or other inquiries.

No one will intentionally damage anything in the apartment. However, accidents can happen to anyone. We would greatly appreciate it if you promptly report any damage to us so that we do not discover it only after your departure. The apartment is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, as they too should be able to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Tenants are liable for damage caused by themselves, co-tenants, or guests with their permission.

Costs for such damage will be charged to the tenant; the security deposit is forfeited in case of damage. If everything is in order, we will transfer the paid security deposit to you within 10 days after departure.

Liability
The owner of the apartment is not responsible for accidents inside and outside the holiday apartment. The tenant is liable for all loss and/or damage to the holiday apartment, garden, and furnishings (inside and outside), if this is the result of your actions or negligence or that of third parties present in the house with your permission.
